Buy Tokens

To use any of the available racks, you will need tokens in your account.
You can buy tokens according to your needs from the “Buy Tokens” Page.
Upon completing the transaction securely through PayPal, the tokens will be deposited instantly into your account.

Start using the Racks

Once you have the tokens in your account, you can book the available slots of the racks you wish to use from “Book Slots”.
You can reserve the slots half hour before the start time of any slot. (subject to availability of slots)

Drop/deleting the reserved slots:
You can drop reserved sessions 4 hours before the start time of the slot by clicking on “delete” link appearing besides each session. You cannot drop a session if the start time of the slot is less than 72 hours. The unused tokens will be deposited accordingly back into your account for you to use it at a later date.

Accessing the racks and turning on the power to the devices.
To access the rack, you can use any of the Telnet Emulator software available in the market. Simply telnet to the appropriate rack that you have booked. i.e if you have booked rack 1, then telnet rack1.rack4ccie.com or if you have booked rack 2 then telnet rack2.rack4ccie.com.

If for any reason you are not able to access device from the access server, say r1, than issue “clear line 1" to clear the line for you to login.

To see on which line which router/switch is associated issue "show line" command. The router/switch you are intending to telnet should not have a " * " besides its name.
